Deep roots, new structure

Trivionyx is a new corporation. The experience behind it isn't.

Trivionyx Inc. was recently federally incorporated to give that experience a proper corporate structure — one built for fixed-scope engagements, cross-border invoicing, and the compliance a serious client expects from a vendor, rather than a freelance arrangement.

Nearly two decades of software and IT work means having already made the mistakes most vendors are still making on your project — and having watched the stack evolve from on-prem servers to cloud-native, API-first, AI-assisted delivery. That shows up as realistic estimates going in, and a clear opinion on which parts of a modern toolchain actually earn their place on your project.

A track record that predates the toolchain Experience spanning:
  • Custom application development, from architecture through production support
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS engineering, migration, and cost optimization
  • Oracle APEX and low-code platform engineering, including performance and security remediation
  • Microservices, API-first integration, and CI/CD pipeline design
  • Application security review against the OWASP Top Ten, with GDPR-aware data handling
What we do

Consulting across the stack — from database to cloud to deployment

Engagements range from a focused security review to full delivery of a cloud-native application. Each one is scoped around a specific outcome, not a generic retainer.

Custom software development

Web applications and internal tools built for how your team actually works, from architecture through to production support.

Cloud engineering — OCI & AWS

Architecture, migration, and managed operations on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and AWS, from provisioning and IAM design to workload migration and cost optimization.

Oracle APEX & low-code engineering

Design, build, and remediation of Oracle APEX applications — including performance tuning and PL/SQL that won't fall over under real load.

AI-augmented engineering

Modern AI-assisted development tooling in our own delivery process, plus AI/LLM capability built into your applications where it earns its place — not bolted on as a checkbox feature.

Microservices & API architecture

Decomposing monoliths into services, and designing REST/GraphQL APIs and integrations that make systems easier to scale, test, and hand off.

CI/CD & DevSecOps

Automated build, test, and deployment pipelines with security scanning built in, so releases stay fast without becoming reckless.

Security & compliance assessments

OWASP-aligned reviews mapped to concrete remediation steps, informed by secure coding practices for government and regulated environments, with GDPR-aware data handling.

IT advisory

Independent, vendor-neutral guidance on platform choices, technical due diligence, and where to invest engineering effort next.

Cross-border & global delivery

A remote-first model built to serve clients across Canada, the U.S., and international markets, with the invoicing and compliance paperwork already worked out.

Moving to something better

Migrations are where projects earn or lose trust

Every migration path below follows the same discipline: assess the existing system fully, migrate without improvising mid-flight, then validate against the original before anyone calls it done.

Oracle Forms to APEX

1Assess
2Migrate
3Validate

Form-by-form logic mapping before a single page is rebuilt in APEX, so business rules survive the move intact.

Excel to APEX

1Assess
2Migrate
3Validate

The spreadsheet's hidden formulas and macros become proper schema, validation, and workflow in a real application.

On-Premises to Cloud

1Assess
2Migrate
3Validate

Infrastructure, data, and access control re-architected for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or AWS, not just lifted and shifted.

How we build

Standards we build to

Security and compliance are treated as engineering requirements from day one, not a checklist applied before launch.

OWASP Top Ten

Security assessments and remediation work are mapped directly to the OWASP framework, across custom applications and Oracle APEX.

Government-aligned secure coding

Access control, input handling, and audit-trail practices informed by the secure coding expectations of public-sector and regulated engagements.

GDPR-aware data handling

Data minimization, access control, and retention are considered at design time for clients handling personal data of EU residents.

Structured SDLC & code review

Version control, peer review, and documented deployment processes as standard practice on every engagement, regardless of size.

Compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction and industry — we scope the specific regulatory and standards obligations that apply to your engagement at the outset, rather than assuming a one-size-fits-all baseline.

Where we work

Built for remote, cross-border, and multi-region delivery.

Trivionyx operates as a remote-first consultancy, structured from the start to support clients outside Canada — with the time-zone flexibility, cross-border invoicing, and international tax documentation that global engagements require.

We work project-by-project across a range of industries, applying the same disciplined approach to architecture, security, and delivery regardless of the vertical.

Industries we work with
Government & Public Sector Education Financial Services Healthcare Manufacturing & Supply Chain Retail & E-commerce
How we work

Small enough to stay close to the code, disciplined enough to trust with production.

Trivionyx takes on a limited number of engagements at a time. That means the person who scopes the work is the person who writes it, and you're never routed through layers of account management to get a straight answer.

We favour boring, well-understood technology where it fits, and modern cloud and AI tooling where it earns its keep — and we say so plainly either way. Every engagement ends with documentation and a handoff that doesn't depend on us being in the room.

Security is a requirement, not a phase

Access control and input handling are reviewed as the application is built, not bolted on before launch.

Fixed scope, clear deliverables

You know what's being built and what it costs before work starts — no open-ended hourly retainers.

Built to be maintained by someone else

Code and infrastructure are documented well enough that another developer can pick them up without a handover call.

Trivionyx Inc. is federally incorporated in Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act, with its registered office in Ontario. The firm was founded to bring nearly two decades of senior-level software, cloud, and IT consulting experience to organizations that need a dependable technical partner without the overhead of a large agency.

We work with clients on both sides of the border and beyond — Canadian organizations, U.S. companies, and international clients contracting a Canadian firm — and structure our engagements accordingly, including the tax, invoicing, and compliance documentation that cross-border work requires.
